  I had an appointment today (03/07/17) with a Dr Chisti I think it was (a locum) and I have to say she was so rude and abrupt with me and started telling me how it was the worst surgery she has ever worked in! That is not my issue and I feel her issue with the surgery was projected onto me, I was booked for a 20 minute appointment to be told it was only a 10 minute appointment which I only got 5 minutes of, I got my medication renewed and proceeded to ask her something and then she stopped me and asked in a very stern manner if this was a separate issue! After sorting that out I asked her about an itching around a carcinoma removal scar and she again very abruptly said now this is anothet separate issue! Making me feel very uncomfortable and as if I was taking her time away from something more important! I have M.S and had several issues that I needed to be addressed and I have come away with things that needed attention by my Dr and they have not even been discussed! I think it's time you were teaching your Locums some manners on how to deal with patients and if they have an issue with the surgery then the should most certainly NOT be taking it out on patients. Very unhappy and I think I shall be having a word with Dr Bidi or Dr Corner about it.

  New years eve. Went to collect a prescription and they were closed, at 12 noon! I'd been on the phone but couldn't get through, so checked the web site for opening times, you know, just in case. It would have been helpful if there had been any hint on there, that they intended to closed early!! Thursday now, so that'll be 4 days before I am able to collect this now! Enough said...maybe a training need,at the very least.
